Shoutbox Rules


  • No abusing or creating glitches. If a glitch is found, please report it through a Support Ticket. Failure to report a glitch is considered abusing said glitch.

  • No discrimination of any kind on site, nor the use of heavy profanity or profanity over a PG-13 level.

  • No impersonating Staff/Users.

  • No harassing, threatening, or purposely embarrassing Users. You may also not disrespect, harass, or threaten Staff. Arguing with Staff will be considered disrespect.

  • No attempting to scam a user of virtual points, items and/or personal information, to include passwords.

  • No Bots/Hacks which play the site for you. This includes auto-refreshers. Games and Events must be played as they are intended.

  • No posting links to sites containing nudity or that are provocative.

  • No discussion of religion on-site, to include usernames.

  • No posting links to harmful/malicious sites. However, clicking a third party link is done at your own risk.

  • Do not attempt to gain access to areas which you are not endorsed to.

  • No talk of illegal activities, to include: downloading illegal software, content, and files.

  • No recruiting staff for your own site; including programmers, artists, designers.

  • No posting content that is not your own, including artwork, graphics, ideas without the written consent from the original creator.

  • Do not buy/sell items from other sites for real/other virtual currencies. Art Commissions, however, can be purchased with real currency.

  • No advertising ANY site not affiliated with Lurapets. You may, however, discuss pet-sites BUT you may NOT post links, talk about their content, or compare to Lurapets ANYWHERE on-site.

  • No spamming. Posting useless, uninformative messages may result in a warning or ban from the Forums and/or Bulletins. This includes one word posts and emoticons in the Forums.

  • No Flaming in the Forums or Bulletins.

  • No posting in ALL CAPS in the Forums. This is considered shouting. You may also NOT abuse the italics and underline abilities.

  • If you see a user breaking the rules, contact an online Moderator or User Administrator.

  • No more than ONE account per user. This includes changing accounts. We will view this as multiple accounts and freeze all accounts in question.

  • No trolling the site. Any account suspected of doing so will be banned without notice.



NOTE: Please remember to check back here regularly and keep up to date on the rules. These can be changed without any notice, but more then likely, there will be a news post if they are ever changed.

Remember: Staff will never ask you for your account information.
