Well... That was no fun!
Sorry about that! I am working on recoding the files that caused the issue. The main part is the file that gets included with all page loads, it got bloated over the months with all the events that we have hosted here at Lurapets. Expect to see some speed increases over the next few days!

How did I ever end up among such peasants? No matter, I'm in dire need of items and gold coins you all call "lp"...I am tired of this dingy castle and want to move to a beautiful mansion by the Oasis...
So, I have no choice but to put up with you and your rather unsightly selves, no matter how beneath me you all are. I just hope you don't put any fingerprints on my flawless crystal clean glass. I can't imagine where your grubby hands have been...
Mind you, there is few I accept and if I accept, I might be persuaded to give you a trinket for your trouble. Although it is an honor to serve me...

Magical items and sacred cloaks!
Chamoru has been working double time as her demand for magical items have increased many times over! She's also had her own powers increased and is now offering two new items that depending on what magic you want to tinker with, might come in handy...
Catrina too, has been hard at work and had to learn some magic from Chamoru to create these cloaks. They do contain a special power all their own, so do not buy or wear if you are an amateur in the magic arts.

We are in need of a few great writers to join the team. As a writer, you are paid only in LC and have a required monthly quota to meet. Kirien Day!!!
Clash your horns and stomp for hooves for today we celebrate...
Kirien Day!
Kiriens are the breathtakingly graceful, speedsters of Lura. Nothing is more awe inspiring than a herd of Kiriens racing across the prairies of Lurell...more on this magical and beautiful place in the future...Kiriens are one of the few pet species that do not have the ability to speak. They communicate telepathically with one another and with humans who they've initiated into their clan through an ancient and sacred ceremony that I can't divulge about....
What I can tell you is that Kiriens are nomadic creatures that prefer wide open spaces where they can run freely and easily spot a flaux or tigral trying to sneak a little too close. Kiriens live family groups of females of at least 3 but no more than 10, with a male who's job is to protect the females and act as lookout while they feed or rest. The Kirien male is chosen by the females and if the male allows harm to befall the females not only is he ousted from the group but he's forever marked and must spend his remaining days alone. As harsh as this may sound, it has been the way of the Kiriens since the beginning of time.
Kiriens have control over the elemental powers of earth. Although it is rumored that a few have been born with additional powers. Kiriens fiercely defend their family group to the death and once a year congregate in large numbers with Kiriens from far and wide. When this date and where it happens is all kept very secret, but it is rumored to happen on a still cool night, when the Moon of Magic is high in the northern hemisphere and its magic is at its most powerful. What they do in this mass gathering is unknown.
We have so much to learn about this mystic and elusive creature, so we hope that all those owners will cherish the Kiriens they have befriended and join us in celebrating this very special day!
